TaipeiPLAS 2026 | FKI to Exhibit All Electric and Hydraulic Continuous Blow Moulding Technology
TaipeiPLAS 2026, the Taipei International Plastics & Rubber Industry Show, will take place from September 15 to 19 at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 1. Under the theme “Form to Future,” the show will focus on Smart Manufacturing, Innovative Materials, and Sustainability & Circular Economy.
FKI will be at Booth J0118 with two continuous blow moulding machines: an all electric 3-layer model and a hydraulic 3-layer model, covering energysaving, automation, and multi-layer container production.
HBA Hydraulic Continuous Blow Moulding Machine
Model: FK/HBA-55G/75G/55GT25SD
The HBA model uses a single-head / double-station configuration with 3-layer co-extrusion for 20L plastic container production.
This model highlights its compact design, reducing the overall machine volume by approximately 34.2% (97.3 m3) compared with other models. While maintaining standard production capacity, its smaller footprint enables more efficient use of factory space and helps reduce overall production and spacerelated costs.
EHB All Electric Continuous Blow Moulding Machine
Model: FK/EHB-55/60/45VT06TD
The EHB model combines an all electric drive system with 3-layer coextrusion. Compared with hydraulic models, it achieves 18–35% energy savings, over 20% higher productivity, and a 25–30% reduction in dry-run time, while reducing carbon emissions by approximately 150 tons and operating noise by 20 dB.
It can also be integrated with an Industry 4.0 system for real-time monitoring of production status, energy consumption, operating parameters, and alarm information, enhancing process transparency and production management efficiency.
