After designing according to clients' order, we work out the blueprint and produce mechanical parts. After Q.C. examinations, the parts are assembled, tested, packed and shipped.

Electrical and mechanical operation tests, producing products of quality and quantity both meeting clients' requirements, supervising packing procedure, mechanical assembly and tests, and services after sale. If processing is commissioned, a list of quality control will be automatically attached. These products will be examined at critical points by us and reexamined for faults by quality control sections before testing.

    Innovation/Improvement Details
    According to requirements of clients' samples, a mechanically assembled design is drawn after discussions and calculations. Then the design is dismantled into separate parts and processing is commissioned. After being produced, examined, and assembled, the design of parts will be partly modified if needed. After testing, their functions will be improved to fully reach clients' requirements. Only after that the products will be packed and shipped.
